  openpandora-u-boot-autoboot-sd: Add recipe to install autoboot.txt.

* U-Boot checks the 1st FAT and EXT2 volume on an SD for autoboot.txt.
* Install suitable file to the root of the filesystem for SD booting.
* Unused in NAND images but it is such a tiny file it may as well stay.
